With this recipe you can rightfully put the words HURRY & GRAB-N-GO in one sentence!
This one is Healthy and yummy with all the benefits of prebiotics and probiotics all in one serving.. very handy when you know you’ll have a early start the next day and will not be able to prepare anything let not alone eat it before leaving home.
I usually make mine when done cleaning the kitchen the night before as it has to overnight in the fridge to do the magic.
- 3 Table Spoons of Oats
- ¼ cup Milk Kefir
- 1 Peach (or any fruit of choice)
- Add all the ingredients to a glass container.
- Mix it through & put the lid on the jar.
- Let it overnight in the fridge and it would be ready the next morning!
Add a couple of Almonds for a Crunchy Peachy Breakfast because it is said that Almonds helps with good brain function & alkalizes the body.
Yogurt, not as high in probiotic content, will also work in this recipe.
