You’ve decided to take the first step in taking better care of your body and your friendly bacteria and it’s great to have you here!

Populating my gut with healthy bacteria was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my own and my family’s health and wellbeing.

Now that you’ve opened the door to the world of cultured food and beverages it can be quite daunting to find that there are so many ways of feeding your good bacteria and taking care of your body. The most important thing to remember is that you are starting somewhere. To make this easy simply have a look at what most interest you and pick one. It would be wise not to start with everything all at once because it might just be too much of an adjustment at first and I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed right in the beginning of your journey. Together we are taking one step at a time 🙂
